Manchester Wheelers Cyclocross 6th October 2013 – results
Last year’s champion, Giles Drake (Herbalife-Leisure Lakes Bikes.com) took his first win of the season ahead of flying junior Dylan Kerfoot-Robson and Lewis Craven.
Pete Middleton (www.zepnat.com RT/Kuota/GSG Clothing) was the first veteran, swapping places with Adrian Lawrence (Team-Elite/Paul Bethell Electrical). The first woman was junior Jessica Wilkinson (Birkenhead North End CC).
Adam Hartley (Velocity RT) proved his star of tomorrow status with a win in the U16 race and Connie Hurton (Borders Wheelers) was the top girl.
Robert Donaldson (Mossley RC) took the U12s boys race with Jacqui Kinsey of Glossop the first girl. Scott Fisher (Furness Future Flyers), was first U10 boy and top girl in that age cat was Eve Barrow of Salt Ayre Cog Set
The under 8s top girl was Imogen Peatfield (Bolton Hot Wheels) and Michael Postlethwaite was fastest U8 boy
