Race Organisers and Assistants: Special scoring training – 8th October

The increased size of the race fields has placed additional stress on the judging and signing on for NWCCA races.

To help organising clubs the NWCCA will carry out a refresh session on best practise, and how to use the race spreadsheet to get a faster result. Clubs are welcome to send one or more delegates to the Velodrome on Monday 8th October, starting at 7pm.

Failure to accept and acknowledge the impact of not carrying out the background tasks properly is a painful burden on the Organiser and is not recommended, so please send a responsible delegate. We can also check the sheet works on the clubs laptop, as problems have arisen in the past due to security settings.

Please could confirm your attendance to Rob Pugh – pugh_rob@hotmail.com – 07731453013

UPDATE

Here’s a list of Teams with riders taking part in the 2012 series so far. If anyone from one of these teams would like to send a delegate along to the meeting on Monday evening it would be VERY helpful, as the league is not likely to be sustained far into the future relying on the goodwill of the same teams
