North of England Championships – weather update

The organisers of Sunday’s Wheelbase / North of England Cyclcocross championships met on Wednesday morning at Brockhole (the venue for the event), and have decided that the races will go ahead.

There is snow in places on the course but it is only about 50mm deep, and most of the wooded sections are clear

Every effort will be made to keep the car park free of snow and it will be gritted. All main roads in the area are passable with care.
