1. We’re now looking for nominations for the 2021-22 Iestyn Keir award

This award will go to one of our league youth riders (U16 and younger) who has shown determination, improvement, good sportsmanship and most of all a sense of fun and enjoyment in their racing as Iestyn always did.

Club coaches and league members are encouraged to nominate any youth riders they feel should be shortlisted by emailing here with the name and age of the rider and why they are being nominated.

The final decision will be made by our team of commissaries who see the riders regularly at races.

2. We’re now looking for nominations for the 2021-22 Caroline Wood award

Previously presented to the winning Youth girl, since we moved to two separate Youth girl trophies (U16 and U14) the Caroline Wood trophy is awarded for ‘most improved’ status. Results, of course, are one thing… but for many reasons, results can be blighted by attending other events, and improvement isn’t just a mathematical thing.

So please think / nominate a Youth girl (U16 or U14) who really has put it in and made great improvements in 2021-22

3. We’re now looking for nominations for the 2021-22 Crank It award

Similar to the Caroline Wood award, we’re also seeking nominations for the Crank It ‘Most improved Youth Boy’ award over the season.
