The frost went away and the rain tried its very best to stop for the races at Waddow Hall just outside Clitheroe. A cracking tough course and a large field made it an event to remember.

Giles Drake (Team Elite) won again at a sloppy wet Rhyl today in a field with 79 finishers.
This year’s prize presentation will be held at the Beacon Park Golf & Country Club on Sunday 20th January 2013. The presentation will take place after the final round of the league at Beacon Country Park, organised by St Helens CRC.

Course images here – slight difference to last year including a rather heavy ‘sort it all out’ start loop on soggy grass for the senior race. Slight tweaks rather than big changes on last year’s varied, fast and technical course.
