The event will be held at Brockhole, Lake District Visitors Centre, Windermere, Cumbria.  We have been given kind permission from the Lake District National Park for the use of this venue.

This is the first time any event like this has been held there, the course will be varied with grassland, wooded sections, and gravel paths, part of the course will be along the side of Lake Windermere with the backdrop of The Langdale Pikes.

Because this is the first time Brockhole has been used for a Cyclo Cross, we ask the riders to be careful and only use the marked out course, our intentions is to apply for a National Trophy event in 2010. The course is on a grade two listed garden and is an important part of the Lakeland scenery.

There is plenty of parking (tarmac), toilets and a changing room, but at the moment no showers.
