- New venues to the race calendar will require to be inspected by a Senior NW Commissaire for suitability and course at least 8 weeks prior to the race. The organiser should have a draft course ready for each race in line with the NWCCA Organisers Race Pack.
- A Novices race will be run to start 1 minute after the Youth start, on the same course and race duration. The novices race will be run on a Go Cross basis with manual recording of numbers and prizes limited to medals for the 1st 3 riders. Riders who are not NWCCA members are eligible to ride the Novices race. The riders who have completed in 3 novice races will be encouraged to join the NWCCA league for their category.

- It will be the responsibility of Organisers to issue the list of prize winners for display on the NWCCA website and NWCCA Facebook pages within 5 days of the race result being issued.
New proposals:
- A position of Logistics Officer will be created for the movement of race equipment to and from a race venue. This position will be eligible to expense reimbursement.
- A fixed entry fee is £13.00 will be applicable for Senior, Veteran and Womens categories for NWCCA registered riders. Juniors who are NWCCA registered will have an entry fee of £10.00.
- To provide age and gender equality, the prize value for the category winners will be the same for Junior, Senior, U23, V40, V45, V50, v55, V60 and V65, Senior Lady, V40 Lady and V50 Lady categories.
