North West put on a show in the South West

Round one of the National Trophy series took place on Sunday 8th October at a sunny and super-fast Pittville Park in Cheltenham. Here’s a fine set of photos of the senior event from Ray Pugh and Ian Packer (click image on left).

NW result of the day came for Jonny McEvoy (Kinesis UK, pictured right), who romped away to a convincing win in the Junior event ahead of first-year junior Scott Thwaites (Merlin Development Squad) and current Junior national champion David Fletcher (Sherwood Pines/Newark Castle CC).

In the senior race, notable performances came from Lewis Craven who finished 11th, followed by Rob Jebb in 22nd and Stuart Reid in 24th (All Wheelbase).
