Draft League rules for 2009/10

The NWCCA Committee has agreed to formally issue League numbers for the following reasons:

  • Aid to judging, by the provision of arm numbers, in addition to back numbers.
  • Make identification of riders easier to officials.
  • Speed up the signing on process.
  • Enable pre-printed signing on sheets for affiliated riders.
  • Avoid duplicated or non conspicuous numbering problems.
