East Liverpool Wheelers ‘cross – 26 10 2013 – results
Giles Drake again took the honours on the main Senior race today at Otterspool Park in the East Liverpool Wheelers cross. The win came after a series of mini-disasters for series leader Drake, who was helped in that particular respect by the absence of some of his challengers in the 2013 NW series.
Pete Middleton (www.zepnat.com RT/Kuota/GSG Clothing) took the veterans’ race, and Jessica Wilkinson (Birkenhead North End CC – pictured) was first woman. Other category winners were first Junior Robert Rogers (Birkenhead North End CC), Joseph Peatfield (Bolton Hot Wheels), Lewis Hartley (Eastlands Velo), Lucy Horrocks (Hope Technology), Scott Fisher (Furness Future Flyers), Evelina Black (Bolton Hot Wheels), Bryn Lawrence (Eastlands Velo) and Imogen Peatfield (Bolton Hot Wheels)… Well done to all!
